About the CPD course

This transformational two-day residential programme is a space to be inspired by the value of authenticity and to explore the power of embracing your identity as part of your leadership practice. We will bring together a group of leaders to explore authentic leadership; with a programme built for and by LGBTQ+ leaders. We will learn from the experiences and expertise of Stonewalls CEO; Nancy Kelley and Director of Programmes; Liz Ward. This is a unique shared learning space and a brilliant opportunity to build a network of supportive LGBTQ+ leaders. The programme will delve into leadership theory and provide the practical skills to enable you to drive positive change for LGBTQ+ people within your organisation.
