About the CPD course

0.5-day training Co-dependence is a mental; emotional; physical; and/or spiritual reliance on a partner; friend; or family member. Co-dependents feel uncomfortable in their self. To be acceptable to others and to their self; they hide who they are and become who they perceive they ‘should’ be. Understanding Co-dependence explains the origins of co-dependent behaviours; identifying how we can support and heal the underlying emotional trauma; supporting people to develop healthy; interdependent relationships with their self and others. Face to face course; run by skilled facilitator. For delegates who have completed SAFE Foundation Introduction to Felt Trauma Therapy.
