Skills training in suicide and self-harm prevention; Children and Young Adults – Train the Facilitator (cascade model)

This may be the best option if your workforce exceeds 50. We’ll provide your team of facilitators with high-quality training and make sure they are competent and feel confident to enhance the skills of your team. Facilitators will receive training in the advanced level CYA course (which covers up to the age of 25) to become familiar with the knowledge content; skills training methods; and learn how to deliver the various courses and facilitate learning. We’ll continue to collaborate with you by providing guidance and support and make sure your facilitators keep their skills up to date.
