About the CPD course

Food Hygiene is not just about clean premises but also good practices; precautions and procedures. The law states that people working with food and/or beverages; termed 'Food Handlers' must receive training appropriate to their jobs; but regardless of your job or qualification; it may also save your life! By passing this course you will be ready to start working safely as a food handler. This course is equivalent in content and assessment to a Level 2 Food Safety Award; and depending on your current knowledge of Food Safety; will take you between two and four hours to complete.
