About the CPD course
More people are becoming clear on what constitutes overt racism. However: in our experience: many more: do not understand how they expose ethnic minorities to racism daily through microaggressions. Upon completion of Understanding Microaggressions the subtle racism: learners gain a thorough education on microaggressions including: their different types: impact: coping methods: how to manage difficult conversations: ways to challenge microaggressions (based on research): how offence can be caused unintentionally: and antiblackness. This course has been created to educate people in the workplace and in their personal lives. It offers learning on the often unspoken: but very pervasive form of racism.
