This Reflexology level 1 course will give you brief anatomy; pathology; and physiology of the foot; where reflexology stems from and will help you understand the terms holistic and complementary. This online course will teach you the bones of the feet; muscles and tendons of the feet; nerve supply; and lymph supply of the feet. You will understand how to prepare for Reflexology; its self-treatment; application; and process. This course will provide course assignments and practice tests to have a stronghold on Reflexology level 1. By the end of the course; you will have good knowledge of anatomy and physiology of the foot; self-healing techniques; and process to prepare for reflexology.
