About the CPD course
Developing Student Resilience and Regulation through Mindfulness is an engaging workshop aimed at families with secondary school-aged children. Facilitated by Dr. Christopher Willard (Harvard Medical School), this workshop focuses on building resilience and self-regulation in students through the practice of mindfulness. Parents and children will participate together in activities that teach how to cope with stress, manage emotions, and maintain a positive outlook in challenging situations. This hands-on experience provides practical tools and techniques that families can incorporate into their daily lives, fostering resilience, emotional intelligence, and a stronger family bond.
