About the CPD course

This course is designed to develop a deeper understanding of knowledge and the skills needed for the provision of consistent and effective good quality call handling practices; improving staff confidence and ensuring a person centred approach is taken to the safety of the service user. This course explores in depth the role of good communication skills in achieving a positive outcome. It is supported by CPD certification. This course would suit anyone involved in the delivery of telecare call handling services; existing staff or new within TEC monitoring services where call handling is a core provision.
