Advanced training for the application of Botulinum Toxin Type A for facial aesthetics. This course incorporates a review of Botulinum Toxins (types and indications); review of facial anatomy; complications (management and prevention); application of Botulinum Toxin Type A for upper facial third (review); gummy smile; Nefertiti lift; for therapy including Bruxism and masseter facial slimming; multiple choice question and answer session; live demonstrations and hands on practical sessions. Advanced training for the application of Dermal Fillers for facial aesthetics. This course incorporates review of injection techniques; filler types and classification; cannula vs needle; complications (management and prevention); artistic approach to injecting midface; injecting into the temporal area and temple augmentation; injectables cross over with energy based machines; shaping a ‘killer jaw’; multiple choice question and answer session; live demonstrations and hands on practical sessions.

The Academy of Face Design

The Academy of Face Design offers foundation and advanced training in facial aesthetics for medical and dental professionals. Our hands-on courses will equip you with knowledge and skills for a successful aesthetic practice. All participants are trained by an expert trainer with international experience, Dr Ivona Igerc. By the end of the course you will have knowledge and skills to start administering Botulinum toxin type A and dermal fillers and will have access to post-course support and consultation for up to six months following the course.
