About the CPD course

In order to provide you with an increased level of knowledge and awareness around anaphylaxis; this course is broken down into sections. This will provide you with more information about anaphylaxis; including how it affects the body. We will also look at the causes of anaphylaxis in children and the range of symptoms they may experience. This will enable you to recognise when a child is having an anaphylactic reaction. We will also discuss some of the treatments available; including using auto-injectors; such as the EpiPen.
