About the CPD course

It is not unusual to hear; think and feel empathy for the victim and anger or frustration towards the bully; whose emotions are often dismissed. Although there is no justification for bullying; there are reasons for it. If we do not explore the reasons a bully bullies; then we are only looking at one side of the coin; rather than looking at the catapult that instigated the hurtful and harmful behaviours in the first place. As such; we’re going to explore various aspects of bullying; as well as both the bully and the victim.
