About the CPD course

This course has been designed to help early years settings understand the appraisals process and to make appraisals constructive and positive management/staff interactions. It will look at the various roles of appraiser and appraisee; how individual commitment is valuable to the process and how this helps make appraisals as positive as possible. It will look at preparation from both perspectives; how feedback should be given and all of the steps required after the appraisal is completed.
