About the CPD course

This course covers many of the childhood illnesses any parent or practitioner is likely to experience. Not all illnesses are serious; but we should know how to identify when a child needs medical attention. Babies experience some very specific minor ailments; but when young children start at nursery; there will be many more infectious illnesses in their environment. Very occasionally; children get very ill - very quickly - and the familiar adults will need to support each other through diagnosis and treatment. Much more often; children catch coughs and colds and spread them around with generosity.
