Online Course The Foster Carer Training Company

About the CPD course

Every person is unique and has their own identity. Any foster child in your care will have needs; many of these being unique to their own identity and experiences. This training is designed to be self-reflective; so we will sometimes ask you to think about how you see things; how you say things and what conscious and unconscious biases you might have. It’s not designed to make you feel bad or to make you worry about everything you say and do. It is designed to highlight that we all sometimes make judgements and use language that may discriminate against others.
