About the CPD course
Getting to know - Getting it right for every child (GIRFEC) Training is designed for professionals and volunteers working in Scotland in the children and young people sector. The two-hour training session has been created to increase knowledge and understanding of GIRFEC and the different components used within the approach to help improve outcomes for children and young people. The session provides a space for reflecting on professionals own practice and to gain increased confidence in implementing GIRFEC.
The Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland (the ALLIANCE) is the national third sector intermediary for health and social care, bringing together a diverse range of people and organisations who share the same vision, which is a Scotland where everyone has a strong voice and enjoys their right to live well with dignity and respect.
