Reverse Mentoring- Train the Trainer Programme- Day One

The Reverse Mentoring- train the trainer programme- for day one enables learners to become reverse mentoring trainers who can implement an effective and successful reverse mentoring programme using the ReMEDI framework and models. The Reverse Mentoring-train the trainer programme also enables learners to understand how they can promote and educate their fellow peers about the impact of sharing lived experiences to enhance organisational performance on equality diversity and inclusion through reverse mentoring. This also includes supporting learners to encapsulate the individual staff attitudes; intentions; behaviours collectively on organisational culture through reverse mentoring and upskilling learners to become confident reverse mentoring facilitators.
