About the CPD course

This course aims to support learners to understand the challenges and how to respond to challenging behaviour. Learners will be supported to analyse different types of behaviour and also to look at strategies and interventions that can safely manage this behaviour. The course will also introduce behaviour and incident reporting tools and will provide risk management control measures to ensure that the learner is confident in all aspects of managing challenging behaviour.
