Train the Trainer

This 3 days training program is aimed at developing the knowledge and skills of participants to develop and deliver effective training sessions. Participants learn and apply instructor skills in a participant-driven; activity-based environment. Participants will be able to adapt instructional skills to their professional roles. This course provides proven set of critical methods; processes; tools and techniques for the planning; development; delivery and assesses the effectiveness of training programs. Train the trainer modules will focus to develop the basic skills including effective and efficient program development; delivery; communication & presentation; conducting effective assessment; motivating & counselling; coaching & mentoring; relationship building; team building & working in a productive team.
