Our team of professionals with 25 years of experience have created this programme to guide the continued development of professionals working with high challenge young people. We have a proven record of success improving the emotional wellbeing of the most difficult to reach individuals and are eager to pass on this knowledge and expertise. We specialise in supporting those with complex and profound social; emotional; behavioural and mental health needs. Our aim is to help staff gain a better understanding of the young people they work with in order to achieve the best possible outcomes for them.

Triangle Care is a high challenge turnaround service which works with some of the most challenging, hard to engage and disruptive young people who display complex behaviors, both in the community and in a semi-independent setting. We at Triangle Care understand that a history of abuse, broken placements and a lack of consistent care can reduce a young person’s ability to trust and form attachments, they may be displaying high levels of violent or criminal behavior and are of an age where it may be difficult to place them within foster care or more traditional residential placements which are simply unable to meet their needs.Want to learn more?
