You will be identifying the leadership styles; communication styles and team development that you will need to employ at different times during the business life cycle. Using mainly a series of videos; recordings and pdf’s it is aimed at those people who are leading fast-paced businesses where change is constant. You will be encouraged to learn to think creatively and take away an action learning agenda.
