About the CPD course
The programme aims to equip participants with the skills and confidence to successfully lead effective change within our organisation. You will learn a practical improvement methodology; understand the challenges to successful change and how to overcome them as well as becoming confident in challenging the status-quo in order to achieve the best care for our local population. The programme offers 4 training days; including team development time to think about; develop and plan your improvement project. There will also be additional coaching support if required; as well as access to resources and best practice guidelines.
When we formed our integrated care organisation in October 2015 we became the first NHS organisation in England to join-up hospital and community care with social care. We are proud pioneers in integrating health and social care nationally.
