About the CPD course

A two-day course that will develop you as a leader; providing you with an opportunity to embrace being a compassionate leader while having the tools to hold people to account where behaviours are not in line with our Trust values. You will explore ways to have challenging conversations and be given frameworks to set you up for success. It is our intention over the course of the 2 days for you to develop your skills and build confidence in how deal with interpersonal conflict and practice how to have mediated conversations.
