About the CPD course
This interactive webinar focuses on applying leadership theory; case examples; and participants insights to understand and shape healthcare ecosystems. It supports networking and reflective practices for organisational learning and personal and professional development. Specifically; we discuss the benefits of adopting systems leadership styles to bridge boundaries between different stakeholders. We highlight the value of analysing and influencing systems-level changes in a healthcare context. We discuss the benefits of hybrid professional leadership and networking to lead proactively within health care systems. Participants are encouraged to use visualisation tools and networks for effective change management and leadership. Networking is also encouraged.
