About the CPD course
Inclusion is considered one of the biggest reasons why employees leave their organisations. Research shows that there is a key need for Humane Value-Led Leadership to ensure psychological safety; productivity; retention and inclusion at work. Inclusive leaders need to build a compassionate culture in this VUCA (volatile; uncertain; complete; ambitious) business environment. The workshop explores the elements of leadership; culture and the VUCA world. We look into inclusion with a neurodiversity perspective and analyse Humane Value-Led Leadership. Finally; we develop an Action Plan linked to building empathy and impacting inclusive leadership; which focuses on reflecting on ownership; accountability and responsibility.
