This is a live-instructor-led practical training that will help HR professionals’ future-proof their HR skillset and lead impactful change within their organization. Participants will learn practical techniques; lean and agile principles; frameworks; and how to apply these to HR practices to support Business Agility. Candidates will learn how to apply agile principles; values; and methodologies within the HR functions –“Agile for HR.” and The role of HR in facilitating and supporting the adoption of Agile across the organization– “HR for Agile.” Upon successful completion of the course participants will obtain the globally recognized ICAgile Agility in HR (ICP-AHR) certificate.
