This course is designed to give you an understanding of issues surrounding diversity; equality and inclusion in the workplace and what you need to do as a manager. Under UK law employers have a duty of care to protect staff from unlawful discrimination in whatever form it may take. As a manager you play a key role in ensuring we create a culture of inclusion and show zero-tolerance towards any kind of discrimination.
