About the CPD course
The Consumer Duty is a new set of rules developed by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in order to create a higher standard of consumer protection in UK retail financial markets. It represents a significant regulatory change that will require firms to rethink their approaches to customer service; with a focus on delivering good outcomes for customers; rather than on internal processes. This course explains the FCA’ s Consumer Duty and what firms must do to implement it. Understand the FCA’s expectations for customer service. Know how to comply with the new regulatory regime. Prepare for how work processes will change under the new regime.
