About the CPD course

This course introduces you to the concept of “information security” and how to implement information security best practice according to the international standard ISO27001.The course consists of five modules: Introduction to Information Security Threats; Vulnerability and Risk Information Security Good Practice Final Assessment Conclusion Modules 2 and 3 explore different areas of risk that you may come across in your day-to-day work and explain how to apply controls to reduce those risks. Specifically; you will become familiar with best practice when it comes to: email composition and cybercrime social engineering using the internet at work social networking mobile devices passwords Ultimately; this course will help you to maintain a secure work environment for the firm and all of its clients. The course can be completed in 60 minutes.
