In the past few decades; the UK has made significant strides in LGBTQ+ employee rights and protections; with the Equality Act 2010 remaining the cornerstone legislation protecting LGBTQ+ employees from harassment and discrimination in the workplace. Legal progress; however; doesn’t always translate directly to inclusion; and there is still important work to be done. This can be particularly true in the legal sector; which has historically been more traditional; formal and less diverse. This training is designed to promote greater awareness of the LGBTQ+ community and to promote a firm culture of dignity and respect.
