Managing Others is designed to support Middle Leaders in running effective teams. The theme is Independent Experiential Reflective Learning supported through a guided portfolio of typical situations; a matched trained in-house mentor (academic and non-academic staff) and a series of in-house workshops and lectures. The course is designed to run within the school year (September to July). The end of the course is marked with submission of the portfolio to the Head and Assistant Head (Professional Development) and a short viva to examine experiences and progress through the course.
We are a boarding and day school for girls and boys aged 2 to 18. Life at Warminster is a busy one, filled with academic and co-curricular activity, discovery and adventure.
