Open Health Leadership Course

The Open Health Leadership Course provides a series of 3 focused on-line webinars for managers and those in leadership roles. The course is designed to increase health & wellbeing awareness and behaviours of organisational staff with a specific focus on practical interventions that optimise personal wellbeing; engagement; and performance of employees through sound wellbeing leadership principles. Through a realistic and achievable application of personal wellbeing practice; the interventions for behaviour change send out positive signals to staff and customers of the benefits of adopting a culture of more healthy and natural workplace practices.
