About the CPD course

This is a workshop specifically aimed at Local Authority staff who have to interact with elected Councillors. It is able to be run face to face or on line whilst retaining an interactive workshop style. The training focuses on two key elements: Developing awareness and the communication and influence skills to be able to use that awareness with sensitivity.
