Designed for ambitious early to mid-career professionals who want to reach their full potential as leaders; this program helps participants embark on a personal; yet guided journey towards understanding; identifying and strengthening their leadership skills and potentials. Participants will learn what leadership skills are and how to apply them. By the end of the program; participants will create a leadership growth action plan. The program acts as a launching pad for participants where they will learn about all the tools and techniques that they can use to continue their leadership growth journey after completing the program.
