About the CPD course

WRC’s Feminist Leadership Training programme explores the relationship between feminism; intersectionality and leadership. This four-day version of the programme covers topics such as feminism; intersectionality and leadership; emotional intelligence; interrupting unconscious bias; BEEDI (belonging; equality; equity; diversity and inclusion); staff wellbeing & preventing burnout; power; values; presentation and pitching; negotiation and project management.
