About the CPD course
This interactive workshop provides insight to tools to integrate ESG risk and opportunity management into business strategy; performance management and disclosures. The training builds on concepts outlined by the COSO and WBCSD in their award-winning guidance Applying Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to ESG-related risks. Participants learn how to build business resilience and responsiveness and how business value is created and managed. The training covers key factors and good practice to assess; prioritize and manage ESG-related risks and provides practical tips to address common disclosure dilemmas – e.g. challenges to implement TCFD Recommendations and disclosing forward-looking information.
