About the CPD course

This course will enable you to develop a monitoring; evaluation and learning plan for your project; service or organisation. The course will equip you with an understanding of the different components of impact; different types of data; and how to plan for the systematic collection and analysis of that data. The course will be practical with small and large group discussion and activities to consider evidence of: your context; activities; mechanisms of change and short-term outcomes. You will demonstrate your learning with practical worksheets to apply the MEL you have developed through your organisational role.
