About the CPD course

Basic Critical Care Training Course aims at equipping healthcare providers with the relevant cognitive and psychomotor skills regarding caring for critically ill patients. Candidates will accomplish the necessary basic knowledge and skills through understanding how to deal with mechanical ventilations; comprehending and applying Central venous Pressure measurement; Suctioning. Have the knowledge to interpret the arterial blood gases; recognizing the most common ICU drug therapy besides knowing how to deal with patients on intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP).
