The aim of this one-day briefing; offered jointly by ONECPD and the National Education Trust; is to provide colleagues from primary; special and secondary schools with the knowledge and skills which will ensure that they are in the best position to manage appraisal and performance review in their schools effectively. It will draw on national research; including case studies illustrating the best practice in this area.
