A recent study by university academics in Manchester & Sheffield and York identified more than 230 million medication errors a year that took place in the NHS. On average 712 deaths a year were definitively linked to adverse drug reactions being the main cause of death. This interactive and practical course facilitated by Kate Hill Solicitor InPractice will provide a structured approach to incident investigation with a specific focus on Medication Error and Incidents.
