This event will feature updates on policy for BAME in the workplace including the McGregor-Smith Review and Mandatory Ethnic Pay Gap Reporting. It offers practical case study examples of how organisations from across the public sector are leading the way in raising BAME representation and supporting BAME staff in their career progression.
