    A one-day trainer-led course to learn how to carry out effective DSE (workstation) assessments in the workplace. Can be delivered out our centre in London or at your place of work. This information-packed and highly interactive course covers all aspects of DSE including the monitor; keyboard; desk; chair; posture and the working environment. The course also covers different considerations for alternative ways of working such as mobile workers.
  • Manual Handling Awareness Training

    A three-hour trainer-led course for delegates to learn how to carry out manual handling tasks safely and efficiently. This is an information-packed and highly interactive practical course which allows delegates to gain ‘hands-on’ experience of safe manual handling under the supervision of our instructor. Alongside practical exercises delegates will learn about the impact incorrect manual handling can have on the individual and about the responsibilities held by both the employer and the employee. Complies with The Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992 requirement to provide information and training for employees.
