The Maudsley Model of Anorexia Treatment for Adults (MANTRA): Introductory Training for Therapists

This course is designed for psychological therapists working with eating disorder patients; who wish to learn the foundations of MANTRA. MANTRA is a highly effective outpatient therapy tailored to the specific needs and characteristics of people with AN. This workshop will provide participants with a comprehensive practical guide to the treatment of anorexia nervosa using MANTRA. It starts with an overview of the MANTRA model; focusing on its treatment implications. Each of the steps in treatment is then described and illustrated with case material and supporting videos.
