UK National PH Service Meeting

This meeting aims to bring together healthcare professionals working within the UK pulmonary hypertension service; both at specialist and shared care centres. It will include updates on diagnosis; risk stratification and management of different forms of PH. The meeting will also focus on the UK service; including issues such as exercise rehabilitation; paediatric transition and models of care. With the use of interactive sessions and providing opportunities for networking; it will enable us to learn from each other’s approaches; ultimately improving the care we provide to our patients in the UK.
