There is a growing gap between the industry and the academe in terms of graduate employability. Research shows a mismatch in the skills taught in the academia and the industry needs. In reality; business programs had been dramatically influenced by the industry trends and needs; collaborative approaches and internationalization. This webinar discusses the graduate attributes and the methodologies employed by the universities in the development of the employability skills. On the other side of the spectrum; it also provides insights on the current industry trends and needs. As such; it aims to provide participants with scenario-based learning in two perspectives.
