The workshop will invite you to reflect on the changing needs and demands of the systems which you find yourself working and leading in. As well as sharing helpful frameworks and perspectives; the webinar will offer you the time to explore how you might maximise your staff and colleagues to meet the changing mental health and wellbeing needs of children; young people and their families.
