Identify; Prevent & Manage Respiratory Illness’ is the third session in our second series of digital care pathway knowledge-sharing events; focused on best practices and outcomes for transformative digital approaches to patient care across the pathway spectrum. In this event; we examine how technology can be used to redesign patient-centric pathways for respiratory condition identification; management; and prevention. We will be discussing evidence from programmes implemented across England including digital-first mental health reviews and triaging of patients. There will also be a chance to get involved and raise questions with the expert panel during the closing Q&A.
