Operational resilience and business continuity

This learning experience will explore the skills necessary to identify; respond to and recover from operational disruptions by building operational resilience into strategies and business practices. Participants will discuss the essential tools needed to identify and map important business services; set impact tolerances and create effective frameworks. Sessions will explore the key components of successful scenario-testing; the importance of proactively learning from incidents and will offer the opportunity to share best practice approaches. Interactive presentations include a group exercise and a case study to facilitate discussions and critical thinking between participants and course leaders; expanding participants’ understanding of operational resilience.
