About the event
Beat and Dr John Roche and presenters including Dr Caz Nahman; Dr Nicky Keay and Dr Amit Mistry to learn about; discuss and take away practical approaches related to exercise and eating disorders. This workshop will explore relevant topics including exercise as a symptom of an eating disorder; RED-S; and safe exercise. Based on a series of short presentations and discussions on key areas of interest; all informed by lived experience and clinical expertise.
