Aimed at mid-level NHS managers, this eight month programme gives delegates an opportunity to hear from inspirational speakers covering a range of practical leadership themes. Every 6 weeks there will be a virtual keynote talk (60-90 minutes), and the programme will end with an in-person leadership conference and closing ceremony - where as part of the day, delegates will have an opportunity to share their learning from the programme- as well as hearing from keynote speakers and other interactive sessions.
Leadership events aimed at NHS leaders in mid-level management roles. Speakers from a range of professional backgrounds, interactive workshops and an opportunity to network with colleagues from other NHS organisations in similar leadership roles. Mid level management can be be demanding, reactive and provide little room or time for development. THL provides an opportunity to take some time away for the day job to learn, reflect and feel inspired!
