Gain an in-depth understanding of how to structure an effective public affairs strategy to effect change. You will take away practical steps and a toolkit that will enable you to set objectives; identify stakeholders; engage with policy makers and influence outcomes. You will learn how to engage and communicate your policies; enabling you to operate successfully. Understand the policy making process and analyse the environment to set and evaluate your strategy. You will gain insights into both the policymaker’s and campaigner’s perspective to understand how to get your message across using different tools and tactics; with a focus on relationship building to maximise impact.
